The data we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:
Contact form data. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message.
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. This collects information such as pages visited, time on site, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. This data is collected via cookies only if you consent through our cookie banner, and IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. See our [Cookie Policy] for details.
Technical data. Our website platform (Showit) may automatically log technical information such as IP addresses for security and site operation purposes.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16, and the Site is not directed at them.

Who we share your data with
We only share your data with service providers who help us run the Site, and only to the extent needed:\

We may also disclose personal data where required by law.

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK, primarily in the United States. Where your data is transferred internationally, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
Erase your data in certain circumstances
Restrict or object to how we process your data
Data portability — receive your data in a usable format
Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is our lawful basis (this doesn't affect processing before you withdrew it)
To exercise any of these rights, email us at david.hamiltonjones78@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, but you can contact the ICO at any time.
